An SDR leaderboard that cheers every meeting booked.
SDR teams live on one number: meetings. GoalHorn puts meetings by SDR on the office TV and every laptop, live from a Google Sheet your CRM or scheduler fills, and turns each booking into a moment the whole team hears, so a Tuesday afternoon on the phones feels like a game rather than a grind.
Free for up to 5 reps. No account, nothing to install.

What goes on an SDR board.
Few numbers, reset often. SDR work happens in short bursts, and the board should keep up.
Meetings by SDR, this week
Every row counts as one meeting, so the sheet needs no amount column. The race resets every week.
The team's meeting goal, with pace
One ring for the week's target, with how many are left and a pace marker for the week.
A moment for every booking
The SDR's name full screen, the account and a sound. On the Team plan you can pick the air horn.
Today on the scoreboard (Team plan)
Today, this week and this month side by side, with the top SDR in each.
Columns GoalHorn already understands.
One row per meeting. Leave out any amount column: every row then counts as one.
| Column | What it does | Also accepted |
|---|---|---|
| Booked Date | When the meeting was booked: the moment the board celebrates. Use Meeting Date instead to count meetings held. | Meeting Date, Created Date, Date |
| SDR | Who booked the meeting. | BDR, Rep, Setter, Owner |
| Company | Shows with each celebration, so the floor hears which account said yes. | Company Name, Account |
| Type | Rides along, like Inbound or Outbound, or the meeting source. | Category, Label |

Where the meetings come from.
GoalHorn reads a Google Sheet every 30 seconds. Anything that can add a row can drive it.
Your scheduler
Zapier or Make adds a row when a meeting is booked in Calendly or a similar booking tool.
Your CRM
Or a row when a meeting is logged in HubSpot or Salesforce, or when a deal enters your first stage.
A two-question form
SDRs log their own bookings with a Google Form that writes to the sheet. Quick to start, easy to audit.
Then every screen
The board's TV link on the office screen and on every laptop. See which TV hardware works.
SDR contest ideas for the board.
Short bursts suit SDR work. More in 25 sales contest ideas.
Power hour
One hour, everyone dialing, most meetings booked wins, on a Today board.
First meeting of the day
A small prize for the first booking. On a Today board the first win celebrates as taking the lead.
Meeting goal unlock
The whole team wins lunch when the week's meeting goal fills.
SDR and AE pairs
Pairs share a row, so bookings and closes count together. Put the pair's name in the SDR column.
Held, not booked
A week where only meetings that actually happen count. Watch the no-shows fall.
Monday replay (Team plan)
Open the week with last week raced back day by day on a Last week board.
One flat price for the whole team.
Not per SDR and not per screen. Monthly, cancel any time.
Free
One board for up to 5 reps, with the podium, race and goal scenes and a celebration for every meeting.
Team, $49 a month
Every SDR on the board, every scene including the Replay and the scoreboard, every look and sound, and no GoalHorn mark.

SDR leaderboard questions.
What should an SDR leaderboard track?
Meetings held, or meetings booked if held is hard to get, by SDR for the week. Opportunities created or pipeline sourced make a good second board. Dials and emails are better coached than celebrated.
Meetings booked or meetings held?
Held keeps the board honest, since a meeting that never happens does not count. Booked celebrates sooner. Many teams celebrate bookings on the board and pay on meetings held.
Can SDRs and AEs each have a board?
Yes, on the Floor plan, which runs up to three boards, each reading its own sheet: SDRs race on meetings, AEs on closed-won revenue.
Does it work with HubSpot, Salesforce or Calendly?
Through a Google Sheet. Zapier or Make adds a row when a meeting is booked in Calendly or logged in your CRM, and GoalHorn reads the sheet every 30 seconds.
Our SDRs are remote. Does the TV still help?
When the board reads a Google Sheet, its link opens on every laptop, so a remote SDR team sees the standings and, after pressing Start, hears every booking. The office TV is a bonus.
