A call center wallboard for the sales side of the floor.
A call center wallboard is the big screen that shows the floor its numbers as they happen. Queue stats come from your phone system. For outbound and inside sales teams, GoalHorn adds the part agents actually play for: sales and appointments by agent, today's goal with pace, and a full-screen celebration for every sale.
Free for up to 5 reps. No account, nothing to install.

What a sales wallboard shows.
Big numbers, readable from the back row, that change while agents are still on the phones.
Today's leaderboard
Every agent ranked by sales or appointments set today, on a board that resets every morning.
The day's goal, with pace
One ring for the team's target, with what is left and a pace marker that counts the day from midnight.
Latest sales
Who just sold, how much and what, so a quiet corner of the floor hears about it too.
Today, this week, this month
The scoreboard puts the three side by side, with the top agent in each.
A moment for every sale
The agent's name full screen with the amount and a sound. Set the volume so the floor hears it and callers do not.
Queue stats or sales stats?
Two kinds of wallboard, fed by different systems. Plenty of floors run both.
Queue wallboards
Calls waiting, longest wait, service level and agents available, straight from the phone system. Most phone systems include one. GoalHorn does not show these.
Sales wallboards
Sales, revenue and appointments by agent, from the CRM or dialer through a Google Sheet, with a celebration for every win. This is GoalHorn.
Both on one wall
Inbound centers keep the queue board on one screen and give the sales team its own. The Floor plan runs up to three sales boards.
Wire it to your dialer or CRM.
GoalHorn reads a Google Sheet with one row per sale, every 30 seconds. Anything that can add a row can drive it.
Start the sheet
Date, agent and amount (or leave the amount out and every row counts as one appointment). Start from the free template.
Fill it automatically
A Zapier or Make step adds a row when your CRM or dialer logs a sale. On HighLevel, a workflow writes it with no Zapier.
Or log it by hand
Agents log sales with a two-question Google Form on their phones, or a supervisor taps + Win on the computer that runs the TV.
Put it on the wall
Open the board's TV link on the screen and press Start once. It goes full screen, turns on sound and keeps the screen awake.

First sale of the shift
A small prize for whoever rings first, announced by the celebration itself.
Shift against shift
Morning and evening shifts on their own boards on the Floor plan, each reading its own tab, or one board with each shift as a row.
Setters and closers
Appointments set on one board and sales closed on another, each with its own sheet, on the Floor plan.
Beat yesterday
The team's goal set to yesterday's total. By noon, the pace marker sits at half of it.
Monday replay (Team plan)
Open the week with last week raced back day by day, ending on the strongest finish.

Wallboard questions.
What is a call center wallboard?
The big screen on a contact center floor that shows the team's numbers as they happen. Inbound centers watch queue stats such as calls waiting and service level; sales floors watch sales and appointments by agent against the day's goal.
Can GoalHorn show calls in queue or service level?
No. Those come from your phone system, and most include a queue wallboard of their own. GoalHorn shows the sales side: who sold, how much, and how the team is tracking to today's goal.
Is there free wallboard software?
GoalHorn is free for one board with up to 5 agents, celebrations included, with no account or card. A whole floor is $49 a month flat, however many agents you have.
Do we need a dedicated PC for the wallboard?
Usually not. The board runs in the browser of the TV, a streaming stick or a mini PC on HDMI. Open the live demo on the screen first to check.
Can remote agents see the board?
Yes, when the board reads a Google Sheet: its link opens on any laptop or phone, so agents at home see the standings and, after pressing Start, hear every sale.
Give the sales floor its own wallboard.
Free for up to five agents. $49 a month flat for the whole floor.
