Every funded loan gets the highlight reel.

GoalHorn puts your branch's production on the office TV as a live sports broadcast: funded volume and units by loan officer, and the month's goal with pace. The moment a loan funds, the screen cuts to that loan officer with the amount, the program and the bell.

It needs no borrower data and has no server to send it to. One flat price for the whole branch.

Free for up to 5 loan officers. No account, nothing to install.

Harborline Mortgage is a fictional branch: eight loan officers funding loans as you watch. Every frame is drawn live in your browser, no video.

Built for how lenders keep score.

Production rankings already run the month. GoalHorn puts them where the whole branch sees them, live, and makes every funding a moment.

  • Volume and units by LO

The race ranks every loan officer by funded volume, with units as the second number and each LO's goal for the month.

  • The branch goal, with pace

One ring fills toward the month's target, with what is left to fund, the days left and whether the branch is ahead of pace.

  • A moment for every funding

The loan officer's name in 3D letters, the amount counting up, the program (Purchase, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Refi) and the bell.

  • The leading numbers too

Give applications or locks a board of their own, or rotate one screen between volume and units on the Floor plan.

  • The production meeting, ready

A last-month board plays the Replay: the month raced back day by day, ending on who finished strongest.

No borrower data on the wall.

A funded loan on the board is four things: the date, the loan officer, the amount and the loan type. Keep the sheet to those and nothing about a borrower leaves your systems.

  • Delete borrower columns first

Before a report goes into the sheet, delete borrower names, addresses and loan numbers. The board ignores columns it doesn't need, but anyone who opens the sheet sees every column in it.

  • No vendor in the middle

GoalHorn has no server. The TV reads your sheet directly, so Levology Labs never receives, stores or sees your production data.

  • Keep the links inside the company

The sheet is shared by link, and the TV link carries the sheet's address. Share both like any internal document, and show the program or a city instead of a name, like "Purchase, Gilbert".

Fed from what you already run.

GoalHorn reads a Google Sheet. Getting fundings into one takes minutes, and there is more than one way to do it.

  • A report from your LOS

Paste or import a funded-loans report, minus the borrower columns. GoalHorn knows columns like Loan Officer, Loan Amount, Funded Date and Loan Program, and a loan dated today celebrates when it appears.

  • Your CRM, through Zapier or Make

If your mortgage CRM can start a Zapier or Make step when a loan funds, have it add a row. The board picks it up within 30 seconds.

  • A form for the processor

A two-question Google Form, loan officer and amount, lets a processor or closer log each funding from a phone.

One flat price for the branch.

Not per loan officer. Monthly, cancel any time, and every screen in the office runs the same link.

  • Free

One board for up to 5 loan officers, with the podium, race and goal scenes and a celebration for every funding.

  • Team, $49 a month

Every loan officer in the branch, every scene, look and sound, and no GoalHorn mark on the TV.

  • Floor, $149 a month

Questions from branch managers.

Does GoalHorn connect to Encompass or our LOS?

Not directly, and it doesn't need to. Put a funded-loans report from your LOS in a Google Sheet (without the borrower columns), have your CRM add a row through Zapier or Make when a loan funds, or let a processor log each funding with a Google Form. GoalHorn reads the sheet every 30 seconds and knows columns like Loan Officer, Loan Amount, Funded Date and Loan Program.

What goes on the sheet?

Four columns are enough: the funded date, the loan officer, the loan amount and the loan program or purpose. Delete borrower names, addresses and loan numbers before you paste a report in: the board ignores columns it doesn't need, but anyone with the sheet's link can open every column in it.

Can we rank units instead of volume?

Every funded loan also counts as a unit, shown next to each loan officer's volume. On the Floor plan, one screen can rotate between ranking by volume and ranking by units.

Can remote loan officers watch?

Yes. The TV link opens on any phone or laptop, so loan officers working from home see the same board, and the same celebrations, as the office.

Will it run on the branch TV?

Any screen with a current browser works: a smart TV, a streaming stick or a mini PC on HDMI. Open the demo on the TV before you buy, and switch on TV stick mode if a cheaper device stutters.

We have several branches. How does pricing work?

Team covers one board for $49 a month, with every loan officer on it. Floor runs up to three boards for $149 a month, say one per branch or one per metric. For more branches, email for a multi-branch license.
