A real estate leaderboard for the office TV.
Brokerages have always posted the numbers: closings, volume and GCI by agent, and the office's goal for the month. GoalHorn puts that board on the office TV, live from a Google Sheet your CRM or office manager fills, and gives every closing a full-screen moment the whole office sees.
Free for up to 5 reps. No account, nothing to install.

What brokerages put on the board.
The same numbers as the whiteboard in the break room, kept up to date without anyone rewriting them.
Closed volume by agent
Everyone ranked by closed volume for the month or quarter, with transactions under each name when seven or fewer agents share the screen.
The office goal, with pace
One ring for the office's volume or closings target, with what is left and whether the office is ahead of pace.
A moment for every closing
The agent's name full screen with the price, confetti and the bell. Buyer side or listing side rides along.
The latest closings
Who closed, how much and where, by neighborhood rather than street address.
The month in review
On the Team plan, a Last month board races the month back day by day for the office meeting, and names the strongest finish.
Columns GoalHorn already understands.
Name your columns like this, or keep your report's names if they appear under Also accepted.
| Column | What it does | Also accepted |
|---|---|---|
| Closing Date | When the closing counts toward the month or quarter. Add the time if your system has it. | Close Date, Closed Date, Date Closed |
| Agent | Who gets the closing on the board. | Agent Name, Owner, Rep |
| Sale Price | The main number: closed volume. To rank by GCI instead, delete or rename the Sale Price column. | Close Price, Volume, GCI |
| Type | Rides along with each celebration, like Buyer side or Listing side. | Category, Label |
| Note | Shows with each celebration. Use the neighborhood. Without a Note column, a Client, Customer or Address column shows instead, so delete those first. | Description, Details |
To rank by closings instead of volume, leave the price column out: every row then counts as one. Start from the free sales tracker template if you have no sheet yet.
Where the closings come from.
GoalHorn reads a Google Sheet every 30 seconds. Anything that can add a row can keep the board current.
Your CRM or transaction system
If it has a Zapier or Make app, as Follow Up Boss does, add a step that writes a row when a deal closes.
The office manager
Adds a row at each closing: date, agent, price. Thirty seconds a closing, and the office sees it before the agent is back.
A two-question form
Agents log their own closings from their phones with a Google Form that writes to the sheet.
Then the TV
Paste the board's TV link into the office screen's browser and press Start once. See which TV hardware works.
Real estate contest ideas for the board.
Short races that fit how agents work. More in 25 sales contest ideas.
Listing blitz
Most new listings taken this month, on its own board on the Floor plan, reading a listings tab, where every row counts as one.
Quarter-end closing sprint
A This quarter board against the office goal, with the ring showing what is left to close and the pace marker where the office should be by now.
Rookie of the month
First-year agents on their own board on the Floor plan, so they race each other, not the top producers.
Team against team
Put the team's name in the Agent column and the board ranks teams instead of agents.
Personal best quarter
Set each agent's goal to their best quarter on a This quarter board; the race shows how close everyone is.
Ring the bell
The bell for every closing. Agents on the phone in the back hear it too.
One flat price for the whole office.
Not per agent and not per screen. Monthly, cancel any time.
Free

Real estate leaderboard questions.
What should a real estate leaderboard track?
Closed volume or GCI by agent for the month or quarter, with transactions as the second number, and the office's goal with pace. Activity such as listings taken or appointments works best on its own board, on the Floor plan.
Should GCI be on the office TV?
Only if the office already shares it openly. Many brokerages rank by closed volume or transactions on the shared screen and keep GCI for one-on-ones.
Can agents see the board on their phones?
Yes, when the board reads a Google Sheet: its link opens on any phone or laptop, so agents out showing homes see the standings and every closing too.
Does it work with our CRM or transaction system?
Through a Google Sheet. If your CRM or transaction system can add a row through Zapier or Make, as Follow Up Boss can, the board updates on its own. Otherwise the office manager adds a row at each closing.
Can teams or offices have their own boards?
Yes, on the Floor plan, which runs up to three boards, each reading its own sheet or tab. One board can also rank teams instead of agents if the Agent column holds the team's name.
Ring the bell for the next closing.
Free for up to five agents. $49 a month flat for the whole office.
