A live sales TV dashboard that celebrates every win.
A sales TV dashboard is a screen on the office wall that shows the team's numbers as they happen: who is leading, how close the team is to its goal, and every deal the moment it closes. GoalHorn is built for that screen. It runs in the TV's own browser, reads your CRM through a Google Sheet, and cuts to a full-screen celebration for every win.
On the TV you already have in about five minutes. One flat price for the whole floor.
Free for up to 5 reps. No account, nothing to install.

This is the dashboard itself, running live with a sample team. Every frame is drawn in your browser, no video.
What to put on a sales TV dashboard.
A TV gets read from across the room in a few seconds. The ones that work show a handful of things the whole floor cares about, big enough to read from the back.
Leave off anything a rep cannot read from 15 feet away, the twelve-chart pipeline view and customer details. The TV is a scoreboard, not a report.
The leaderboard
Every rep ranked by the number that pays, like revenue, units or deals, with a second number underneath. On GoalHorn the bars race and trade places on air when someone passes a teammate.
The team goal, with pace
One ring filling toward the week's or month's target, with what is left and whether the team is ahead of pace. A slow week shows by Tuesday, not on the last Friday.
The latest wins
The last few deals with the rep, the amount and what sold, so a rep walking back from a call sees what happened.
Three to five KPIs
Calls, appointments set, close rate or average deal: the activity behind the wins. Past five, nobody reads them. On GoalHorn, the scoreboard shows the main number for today, this week and this month, and a second board on the Floor plan can count appointments.
A moment for every win
The part a chart cannot do. When a deal closes, the screen cuts to that rep with the amount counting up, confetti and a sound the whole office hears.
Put it on the TV in five steps.
About five minutes with a sheet you already keep, or fifteen if you are connecting a CRM for the first time.
Pick the screen
Any TV with a current browser. A mini PC or an old laptop on HDMI is the most reliable; smart TV browsers and streaming sticks work too, with TV stick mode for smooth motion on cheaper devices.
Connect the numbers
GoalHorn reads a Google Sheet with one row per win: when, who and how much. Fill it from your CRM with Zapier, Make or a GoHighLevel workflow, or let reps log wins with a two-question Google Form.
Add the team and the goal
Rep names, photos if you have them, each rep's goal, and the team's goal for the week or month.
Open the TV link and press Start
Paste the board's TV link into the screen's browser and press Start once. It goes full screen, turns on sound and keeps the screen awake.
Check it from the back of the room
Pick Arena for a darker room or, on the Team plan, Daylight for a bright office, and make sure the names read from the farthest desk.
Which TV hardware works.
GoalHorn runs in a web browser, so you rarely need to buy anything. Try the live demo on the screen first; it tells you more than any spec sheet.
| Device | How it runs | Tips |
|---|---|---|
| Mini PC or laptop | Best. Full-quality 3D, sharp up to 4K. | Plug it into the TV's HDMI port, run Chrome or Edge full screen and set the computer to never sleep. An old laptop works fine. |
| Smart TV browser | Good on current Samsung, LG and Android TV models. | Older TVs without WebGL 2 cannot run the 3D board. Open the live demo on the TV before you set anything up. |
| Fire TV Stick | Good in TV stick mode. | Open the TV link in the Silk browser, set Performance to TV stick, and feed the board from a Google Sheet. |
| Chromecast | Good with Google TV. | Install a browser app and open the link, or cast a Chrome tab from a laptop, which then does the drawing. |
| Phones | Good. | The same TV link opens on reps' phones, so closers in the field see the standings and every win too. |
How live is live?
Seconds to a few minutes, depending on how the win reaches the sheet. Pick the fastest path your CRM allows.
GoHighLevel workflows
Write the row the moment a deal is marked won, and GoalHorn picks it up within 30 seconds.
Zapier or Make
As fast as your plan checks the CRM. Zapier's free plan checks every 15 minutes; paid plans check every minute or two.
A shared Google Sheet
Read every 30 seconds. A sheet published to the web can lag about 5 minutes, because Google caches published sheets.
+ Win in the app
On a board set to Log wins here, a win shows at once on a TV opened from the same browser. Handy for a manager who rings the bell by hand.
When it is not live
A status chip on the TV shows live, stale or offline, and the board keeps retrying on its own.
Not a BI dashboard. Not a signage app.
Three kinds of software end up on office TVs, and they do different jobs. The full map is in the sales dashboard software guide.
Business dashboards
Built to chart many teams' metrics from dozens of sources. Strong on an operations screen; on a sales floor the celebrations are usually missing or cost extra.
Digital signage
Apps that schedule slides, menus and web pages across many screens. They can show a dashboard, but you still need the dashboard.
A sales TV dashboard
Built for one room and one job: rank the reps, keep the goal in view and make every closed deal a moment. That is GoalHorn.
What to show, by team.
Rank by the number that pays, add the activity that leads to it, and celebrate the moment money comes in.
In-home sales
Revenue sold and jobs by closer, the week's goal with pace, and on the Floor plan a second board where setters race on appointments set.
Mortgage
Funded volume and units by loan officer, and the month's goal. No borrower data on the wall.
Inside sales and SDRs
Meetings booked by SDR on one board and closed-won revenue by account executive on another, both on the Floor plan.
Car dealerships
Units delivered by salesperson, with gross as the second number, and the month's unit goal with pace.
Insurance and call centers
Policies or premium written by agent, with calls or talk time as the KPI.
One flat price for the whole floor.
Not per rep and not per screen. Monthly, cancel any time.
Free
One board for up to 5 reps, with the podium, race and goal scenes and a celebration for every win.
Team, $49 a month
Every rep on the board, every scene including the Replay, every look and sound, and no GoalHorn mark.

Sales TV dashboard questions.
What is a sales TV dashboard?
A screen in the sales office that shows the team's numbers as they happen: a leaderboard of reps, progress toward the team goal and the latest wins. The point is visibility. Everyone sees the standings move and hears about every close without opening a report.
How do I put a sales dashboard on a TV?
Open the dashboard's link in a browser on the TV, or on a mini PC, laptop or streaming stick plugged into it, and go full screen. With GoalHorn you paste the board's TV link and press Start once; it goes full screen, turns on sound and keeps the screen awake.
Does it work on a Fire TV Stick or a smart TV?
On most current models, yes. Open the live demo on the TV first. If the motion stutters, set Performance to TV stick mode, or plug in a mini PC or old laptop, which runs the board in full quality.
How often does the dashboard update?
GoalHorn reads a Google Sheet shared by link every 30 seconds. How fast a win reaches the sheet depends on the connection: a GoHighLevel workflow writes it at once, while Zapier's free plan checks your CRM every 15 minutes.
Does it connect to Salesforce, HubSpot or GoHighLevel?
Through a Google Sheet. Zapier or Make adds a row when a deal is won in Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and most other CRMs. GoHighLevel workflows add the row with no Zapier at all.
Is there a free sales TV dashboard?
GoalHorn is free for one board with up to 5 reps, with a celebration for every win, and needs no account or card. When the whole team is on it, it is $49 a month flat, however many reps you have.
How many TVs can show the same dashboard?
As many as you like. Open the same TV link on every screen in the office and on reps' phones. There is no fee per screen.
Is our sales data safe on the TV?
GoalHorn has no server and no accounts: the TV reads your sheet directly, so your numbers never pass through us. Keep customer details out of the sheet and the wall shows only reps, amounts and what sold. Anyone with the sheet link or the board's TV link can read the sheet, so share both only inside the company.
